
Direct-to-Consumer Growth and Optimization Manager

The Manager, Direct-to-Consumer (“DTC”) Growth and Optimization will be responsible for serving as the operational engine of our client acquisition strategy and for identifying, testing, and scaling new revenue-driving channels while optimizing current ones to achieve ambitious Return on Ad Spend (“ROAS”) and Lifetime Value (“LTV”) targets.
About the Role We are building a
fully in-house performance marketing engine , and this role sits at the center of it.
This is not an oversight role—you will be
hands-on in platforms, in the data, and directly responsible for results - daily .
You’ll own customer acquisition across paid channels and play a critical role in defining how HairClub scales.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end performance across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels
Budget allocation and optimization tied to CAC, LTV, and ROI
Creative and landing page testing strategy
Identifying and scaling new acquisition opportunities
Collaborating across creative, analytics, and product teams
