Account Manager – Customer Service Focused

About the Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to help strengthen relationships with healthcare providers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills that will be the liaison between the pharmacy and its clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support provider outreach and education about Genesis services.
• Schedule and attend local meetings or events to represent the pharmacy.
• Maintain follow-ups with current accounts and assist in developing new ones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Sales or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized in record keeping and self-driven/managed
• Excellent problem-solving skills
