Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing based in Golden Valley, MN, and each of our communities. The Vice President will oversee the strategy and execution of sales and marketing initiatives across RM Management's assisted living and memory care communities. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, implementing business development strategies, managing sales operations, driving occupancy goals, collaborating with community leaders, and analyzing market trends to enhance growth opportunities. The role requires an ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, while maintaining a focus on the company’s mission to serve seniors effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
• Experience in sales operations and business development
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic planning and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the senior living or healthcare industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing leadership roles
