Role Description

Direct Caps is looking for a versatile Sales & Account Manager who can both nurture our existing B2B relationships and aggressively hunt for new business opportunities. This is a "hybrid" role that combines high-level customer service with proactive sales development. You will be a key player in the growth of our headwear brand.


Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Account Management: Manage key wholesale accounts, ensuring seamless order processing and high client retention.

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and close deals with new retailers, sports teams, and corporate gift distributors.

• Product Expertise: Act as a "Headwear Consultant" for clients, advising on trends, fabrics/styles, and custom decoration options.

• Operations Liaison: Coordinate with the warehouse team in GA and also CA, TX, to ensure priority orders are shipped accurately and on time.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to hit growth targets.
