Overview

We are a fast-growing NYC-based fashion home supplier seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and expand our Walmart business. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Walmart account, driving sales growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart merchants, buyers, and cross-functional partners
  • Lead assortment planning, pricing strategy, and promotional execution
  • Utilize Walmart systems, including Scintilla, to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal leadership and Walmart stakeholders
  • Monitor inventory, forecasting, and replenishment to ensure optimal in-stock performance
  • Travel to Bentonville, Arkansas 3–5 times per year for meetings and business reviews
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a high-performing team culture


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing the Walmart account (required)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large retail accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart systems and tools, including Scintilla
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Charismatic, relationship-driven, and able to influence at multiple levels
  • Strong sense of ownership with a competitive spirit and drive to outperform goals and peers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 (based on experience)
