Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory (Elmira, NY and surrounding areas)
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree- preferred
- 2 years sales experience- preferred
Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of the Elmira, NY market and network is a plus
