JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth for a client of theirs in New York City within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI / InsurTech) verticals. This role is focused on closing complex, services‑led deals, managing a personal revenue target of $2–4M, and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
This position is ideal for a seasoned IT services sales professional (not SaaS or licensed product sales) who excels at selling AI‑led, custom technology solutions and navigating long, consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end‑to‑end sales cycles for IT services and AI‑based solutions, from opportunity qualification through contract closure
- Manage and consistently achieve an annual revenue quota of $2–4M through new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders across banking, finance, insurance, and insurtech organizations
- Position AI, machine learning, and digital transformation services as strategic business solutions aligned to client outcomes, not off‑the‑shelf products
- Collaborate closely with delivery, solution architecture, and leadership teams to create tailored proposals and value‑driven solutions
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's footprint across multiple business units
- Stay current on industry trends within BFSI, InsurTech, and AI‑driven enterprise technology to effectively advise clients
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM systems
Compensation:
- $140,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role within an IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation environment
- Proven track record of closing complex services deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the $2–4M range
- Strong experience selling into banking, financial services, insurance, or insurtech clients
- Demonstrated success selling custom solutions, AI/ML offerings, and digital transformation services — not licensed products or SaaS platforms
- Deep understanding of consultative, enterprise sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and business value clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
