Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (30–50% remote) based in Dallas, Texas. The Marketing Lead will own client work, lead execution, and deliver campaigns at an award-winning level.


This role is equal parts strategy, execution, and leadership—responsible for developing marketing plans, overseeing day-to-day execution, and directing work across the team to ensure high-quality results.


You will work directly with clients, lead communication, and serve as the point person keeping projects organized, moving, and aligned with expectations. Success in this role means maintaining strong client confidence while ensuring work is delivered on time and at a consistently high standard.


Key Responsibilities & Capabilities

  • Develop marketing plans aligned with client goals and lead execution across social, digital, advertising, and events
  • Write and develop content including social posts, website copy, one-pagers, email communications, and scripts for video and podcast content
  • Direct designers and team members to produce high-quality marketing materials
  • Manage client communication, build strong relationships, and keep projects organized and progressing
  • Lead multiple clients and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
  • Own final review of all deliverables to ensure quality and alignment before client submission
  • Contribute to media outreach and identify opportunities to position clients
  • Use sound judgment to solve problems, guide team execution, and keep work moving


Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of marketing and/or experiential event experience 
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading execution 
  • Experience across social media, digital marketing, and web content 
  • Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus 
  • Experience in public sector, economic development, or destination marketing is a plus
