Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by managing projects from design through production and delivery. This role requires strong wide format & print industry knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

·      Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, and online portals

·      Prepare accurate job quotes based on specifications from Sales or client requests

·      Act as liaison between customers and the production teams

·      Manage project timelines, specifications, and quality expectations

·      Resolve customer issues, including research and corrective action planning

·      Conduct outbound sales and relationship-building for house accounts

·      Maintain accurate job records, contracts, and documentation

·      Represent customer needs while balancing production realities

·      Ensure all work meets Full Sail Media’s quality and service standards

·      Build long-term customer loyalty through responsiveness and accountability

·      Support additional duties as assigned



Required Qualifications

·      Print industry experience (required)

·      Strong computer and technology proficiency

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      High attention to detail and organization

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
