Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep - French Bilingual to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep - Bilingual, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**

+ Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner

+ Providing clear and detailed explanations of products, services, policies, and procedures

+ Reviewing customer accounts and transaction histories to accurately identify and resolve issues

+ Collaborating with sales and distribution teams to improve customer service processes and outcomes

+ Processing customer orders, calculating charges, and managing payments as needed

**What's Needed?**

+ Prior experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role

+ Proficiency with CRM systems

+ Working knowledge of SAP, including Distribution, Sales, and Materials Management modules

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ French Bilingual preferred.

+ Responder a consultas, preocupaciones, quejas y devoluciones de clientes de manera profesional y oportuna

+ Proporcionar explicaciones claras y detalladas sobre productos, servicios, políticas y procedimientos

+ Revisar cuentas y transacciones de clientes para identificar y resolver problemas con precisión
