Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking a Customer Service Rep - Bilingual to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep - Bilingual, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Rep - Bilingual Location: Duluth, GA What's the Job? Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner Providing clear and detailed explanations of products, services, policies, and procedures Reviewing customer accounts and transaction histories to accurately identify and resolve issues Collaborating with sales and distribution teams to improve customer service processes and outcomes Processing customer orders, calculating charges, and managing payments as needed What's Needed? Prior experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role Proficiency with CRM systems Working knowledge of SAP, including Distribution, Sales, and Materials Management modules Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
