Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately and efficiently Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and pickup Making all the products our customers order Operate various equipment and technologies essential to our operations Manage inventory and stock ingredients in appropriate storage areas Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously Assist in taking and processing telephone orders Perform basic cash handling and make accurate change when necessary Contribute to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in operating various equipment and technologies Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately Computer literacy, including familiarity with keyboard and touch screen interfaces Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues Detail-oriented approach to work Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Must be at least 16 years of age Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
