Customer Service Representative
Polar Beverages is hiring for a Customer Service Representative position. This is a full time, in office position, remote work will not be considered. Responsibilities: Data entry order processing Ability to work with high volume of emails Verbal and written communication with customers regarding orders, inquiries, requests and concerns Knowledge of inventory control Interact with multiple departments and all levels of management
Warehouse personnel regarding order substitutions and revisions Sales force regarding orders, pricing, return authorizations, inventory, customer complaints, etc.
Interact with Polar co-pack facilities regarding orders, return authorizations, inventory, etc. Interact with outside carriers to confirm availability of loads for customer pickup Manage customers database for advanced shipping notices and routing requests Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Minimum Requirements: Prior Inventory or truck scheduling experience is helpful Good phone skills Data Entry skills Good math skills Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
