Dealer Channel Sales Manager

Location: Remote

As a key member of MOVA’s European expansion team, you will take full ownership of the professional dealer channel in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. Your mission is to establish a high-quality dealer network in a mature market dominated by established brands, turning MOVA into a preferred brand among leading outdoor power equipment (OPE) and garden machinery dealers. This is a hands‑on, hunter‑entrepreneur role with a clear mandate to scale revenue from seven to eight figures.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard professional OPE, agricultural machinery, and garden equipment dealers across the four countries.

Prioritize coverage in German‑speaking regions (Germany, Swiss‑German territory), the Netherlands, and Flanders (Belgium).

Build long‑term partnerships, ensuring MOVA becomes a strategic brand within each dealer’s portfolio.

Lead annual negotiations on pricing, payment terms, rebates, after‑sales policies, and promotional support.

Secure premium in‑store display, demo areas, and co‑marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Gather field feedback on product performance and local market needs; feed insights back to product and marketing teams.

Work closely with marketing, product, logistics, and after‑sales teams to deliver seamless support to dealers.

Organize dealer training sessions, product demo days, and coordinate participation in key trade shows (e.g., spoga+gafa in Germany).

✅ Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in the European market, with at least 3 years in OPE, garden machinery, agricultural equipment, or consumer electronics.

Demonstrated success in achieving€8 M+ annual sales at an individual or team level.

Skills

Strong dealer recruitment and negotiation skills – able to independently manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract closing.

Data‑driven mindset; proficient in analysing POS data, inventory turnover, and sales funnels using Excel or CRM tools.

Cross‑cultural communication skills to navigate multi‑country, multi‑language business environments.

Fluent in English – corporate working language.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in channel sales with Husqvarna, Segway, Mammotion, or comparable OPE brands.

Familiarity with synergies between large retailers (e.g., OBI, Bauhaus, MediaMarkt, Hornbach) and professional dealers in the region.

Technical understanding of smart robotic mowers (RTK navigation, vision‑based systems, wire‑free technology) and ability to articulate product value to dealers.
