Concrete Superintendent
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee all field operations related to concrete construction across multiple projects. This role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Concrete Superintendent manages field crews, coordinates with project leadership and subcontractors, and drives schedule and productivity to meet project deadlines and budget targets. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site concrete activities, including layout, forming, placement, finishing, and curing Supervise foremen, laborers, and finishers, ensuring clear communication and direction Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for maximum field productivity Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA and company safety compliance Conduct daily site walks and planning meetings; maintain accurate field reports Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to stay aligned on scope, sequencing, and schedule Oversee quality control and ensure the final product meets project and industry standards Track production metrics, labor hours, and material usage to support cost control Lead by examplemaintaining a culture of accountability, safety, and craftsmanship Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 7+ years of concrete construction experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role Proficient in reading construction documents and managing layout Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors on large job sites Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with scheduling tools and field documentation Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area. Physical Requirements:
