Principal Product Manager - Loyalty (Remote) – Join Dorrus.com! Dorrus.com, an innovative travel booking platform, is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our loyalty program, Dorrus Beyond. Primary Responsibilities Own the complete Dorrus Beyond loyalty program from strategy to execution and performance measurement
Define and optimize the loyalty member journey from enrollment through ongoing engagement
Develop and refine loyalty tiers, benefits, and reward structures
Design point earning and redemption mechanics across all travel verticals
Collaborate with partners to create exclusive loyalty benefits and special offers
Create strategies to improve member acquisition, engagement, and retention
Analyze member behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for program optimization
Lead the implementation of personalization features based on member data and preferences
Work with engineering teams to implement new loyalty features and technical capabilities
Collaborate with marketing teams on loyalty program communications and promotions
Develop the financial models and business rules to ensure program profitability
Required Skills 5+ years of product management experience , with at least 3 years focused on loyalty, membership, or subscription products
Proven track record launching and scaling successful loyalty programs or similar member experiences
Strong understanding of loyalty economics , point valuations, and program liability management
Experience with customer segmentation and personalization strategies
Data-driven approach to program measurement with experience in customer lifetime value analysis
Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate program vision and requirements
Experience creating detailed product specifications and working closely with engineering teams
Strategic thinking balanced with tactical execution capabilities
Nice to Have Experience with travel industry loyalty programs (airlines, hotels, OTAs)
Knowledge of gamification techniques to drive engagement
Understanding of regulatory considerations for loyalty programs across different markets
Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data management
Experience with partnership and coalition loyalty models
Background in marketing automation and personalized communications
MBA or relevant advanced degree in business or marketing
Fully remote position – work from anywhere!
Lead a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and loyalty specialists
