Compensation Package
Salary Range : $60,000 - $80,000 annually (plus 20% commission on new business).
Work Schedule : On-site in Colorado Springs with the potential for a hybrid schedule after training and demonstrated performance.
Training Period : Comprehensive training program lasting 3-4 months, tailored to the candidate's experience level.
Responsibilities
Manage a Colorado Springs book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their best interests are protected.
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience :
3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred, though candidates with less experience but strong potential will be considered.
Familiarity with Epic software is a bonus.
Skills :
Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Highly organized with the ability to plan and operate efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and high energy.
