Your Day-to-Day
Offer friendly and timely support to Portuguese-speaking Facebook users
Investigate and resolve account and content issues
Monitor abuse reports and uphold community standards
Spot trends and elevate complex problems when needed
Use your insights to improve the way we work
What You Bring
Fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent communication and empathy skills
A proactive and community-first mindset
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Familiarity with Facebook (well train you too!)
