Role Description Global Arch Construction is seeking a dedicated Architectural Drafter for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sacramento, CA. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings, translating design concepts into technical drafts, and assisting with project planning and execution. The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
Strong background in Architecture and Planning to support project requirements.
Advanced skills in Drawing, with attention to detail and accuracy in all technical drafts.
Experience with CAD software or other architectural design tools is highly preferred.
Understanding of California building codes and regulations is a plus.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the construction or remodeling industry is an advantage.
