Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Managers to join a team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in account management, with the ability to manage a book of business efficiently and effectively after a comprehensive training period. Looking for professionals to handle mid-to-large commercial accounts as well as small commercial accounts.

Compensation Package

Salary Range : $60,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage a tailored book of business, including generalist accounts and carriers such as Builders Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, and Selective

Handle accounts in various industries, including construction, contractors, and retail businesses

Provide end-to-end service, including renewals, quoting, and marketing

Quote new and renewal business as required

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience :

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management

Preferred: 5+ years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $100,000 or more

Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred

Soft Skills :

Well-spoken, articulate, and polished

Confident and personable demeanor

Strong organizational and process management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Client-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
