Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a professional demeanor and a proven track record in handling generalist books of business. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being supported with all necessary equipment.
Compensation Package
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year
401(k) : 3% company match

Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of middle-market accounts, including industries such as restaurants, hospitality, manufacturing, cemeteries, trucking, and prescribed fire.
Handle accounts ranging in size from $25,000 to $500,000 in premium.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with team members to split and manage books of business effectively.
Utilize EPIC software to maintain and update client records.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless onboarding and training.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years handling a generalist book of middle-market accounts.
Software Proficiency : Extensive experience with EPIC software (5+ years).
Soft Skills :
Outgoing and personable demeanor
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Professional communication and organizational skills
