Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts and ensuring exceptional client service. Salary:
$80,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits:

Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work). Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial lines accounts, with account sizes ranging from $400K to $600K in revenue. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering coverage recommendations. Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure seamless account management. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus. Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial lines account management. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in EPIC software is mandatory. Soft Skills:
Strong communication, adaptability, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Must be personable, friendly, and able to build lasting client relationships. Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of coverage options and the ability to confidently address coverage-related questions.
