A growing U.S. attachments business is looking to add field sales coverage in Texas as part of its next stage of commercial growth. The company operates from multiple U.S. locations, carries significant stock on the ground, and offers a broad attachments portfolio across construction and demolition applications. With strong internal sales support already in place, the next step is to add a boots-on-the-ground salesperson who can help deepen market presence and grow share across Texas.

About the opportunity This is a field-based growth role focused on developing attachment sales across Texas. The position is aimed at increasing market coverage, building stronger customer relationships, and converting more opportunities in a territory where the business already has activity but limited direct field representation.

This is not a narrow single-product role. The successful person would represent a broad line of attachment products and be expected to win business through a mix of dealer relationships, rental company engagement, and direct end-user activity.

The opportunity is best suited to someone who already knows the Texas market well, understands how attachments are bought and sold in the field, and can create momentum through a combination of relationship depth, commercial instinct, and consistent activity.

Strong existing market presence in Texas

Experience selling attachments, demolition tools, buckets, couplers, breakers, or related heavy equipment products

Able to develop and enhance dealer relationships

Proven in field sales, territory growth, and opening new business

Credible with customers on applications, product fit, and practical jobsite needs

Comfortable working in a hands-on business with a supportive but accountable culture

Commercially strong around quoting, follow-up, and deal progression

Better suited to someone with genuine relationship depth across Texas than someone reliant purely on cold outreach

Service or product support exposure would be helpful, but is not essential

Key responsibilities

Grow attachment sales across Texas

Develop relationships with dealers and rental

Increase market coverage in an underrepresented territory

Promote a broad attachment product line across construction and demolition applications

Generate new opportunities while developing existing accounts in the state

Work closely with internal sales and leadership to move quotes and orders through efficiently

Represent the business in the field with a practical, commercially focused approach

Help build long-term territory presence and contribute to wider regional growth

Additional information Remote, field-based role with regular travel across Texas. This is a growth hire for a business looking to strengthen direct field coverage in one of its priority markets. Compensation includes good base salary, uncapped commission, and first-year earnings support, with stronger upside for proven performers.
