Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Livonia - MI

COMPENSATION Compensation $43,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year

ROLE DESCRIPTION Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a licensed experienced qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Licensed Insurance Account Representative. We seek an experienced, energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and servicing existing policy holders. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Provide quotes, pivot, multi-line and service policyholders; service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Property and Casualty experience.

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

Ability to effectively relate to a customer.

Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.

Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain.

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work in a team environment.
