Seasonal Retail Store Associate – Cherry Hill Mall, Cherry Hill, NJ
We are hiring seasonal retail store associates to support customers and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations as a passionate adidas brand ambassador.
Support store operations and inventory management, including stocking, visual merchandising, and use of equipment such as the Brannock device.
Build emotional connections with customers through respectful and inclusive interactions.
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment, performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; must be 16 years of age or older.
Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused, confident, creative; able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and part-time shifts.
Preferred: 3–6 months of retail experience.
Physical Requirements
Must stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
Must lift and/or move up to 25 lbs frequently, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Must not lift without proper training for use of a Brannock device.
