Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our existing customer base. This management position requires a blend of customer service excellence, leadership, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities: Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions. Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance. Job Setting: The majority of your time will be spent at customer locations, with some time allocated to office-based tasks at the branch office. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees. Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
