Mission of the Role: We’re looking for an IT Engineer to support our internal IT operations across both corporate and operational environments. This role is highly hands‑on and fast‑paced—you’ll be responsible for keeping critical systems running smoothly while also contributing to projects that improve how we work.

You’ll support a mix of end‑user needs, hardware and infrastructure, and cross‑functional IT initiatives. Success in this role means being responsive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes rather than just maintaining them.

This role is on‑site at our compounding pharmacy and fulfillment warehouse in Imperial, PA Monday through Friday with occasional availability required on evenings and weekends.

Essential Functions and Impact Areas: IT Operations & Support

Support daily IT operations across a variety of systems, including endpoints (computers, iPads), peripherals (scanners, printers), networks, and conference room technology

Provide real‑time support to on‑site staff, addressing technical issues and requests as they arise

Manage and resolve IT Help Desk tickets for remote users (troubleshooting, software access requests, etc.)

Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekend support (6 AM - 10 PM)

User Lifecycle Management

Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, hardware setup, and access management

Conduct IT orientation for new hires and ensure a smooth first‑day experience

Support onboarding of specialized roles on‑site (e.g., pharmacists, pharmacy technicians), including system access, device setup, and physical access badge creation

Handle hardware reclamation and license management during offboarding

Asset & Device Management

Track and manage IT assets across their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, refresh, break/fix, and disposal)

Maintain accurate inventory of devices and ensure proper allocation for new hires and replacements

Projects & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to and help lead IT projects such as system upgrades, office/equipment moves, and process improvements

Partner with the broader IT team on company‑wide initiatives and operational improvements

Required Qualifications:

Experience in IT desktop support, help desk, or a similar hands‑on role

Strong troubleshooting skills across computer hardware and software (70% macOS, 20% Windows, 10% iPadOS)

Basic understanding of enterprise networking (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet)

Experience managing user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management)

Familiarity with ticketing systems and help desk workflows

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, operational environment

Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, or crawl under desks as needed

Passion for learning new technologies - improving yourself and the team around you

Occasional availability on evenings and weekends

Nice-to-Haves (If applicable):

Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or industrial warehouse environments

Exposure to mobile device management (MDM) platforms (Jamf, Kandji, etc.)

Experience in Okta and Google Workspace administration

Participated in or lead large IT projects (upgrades, migrations, process improvements)

Loads of empathy, patience, and a good sense of humor

The estimated base salary range for this role is $68,000 - $78,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and job‑related expertise.
