Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for counseling clients during property transactions, assisting with home buying and selling, and promoting listings through marketing strategies. Additional tasks include managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and utilizing market insights to fulfill client needs.

Strong proficiency in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices
Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Knowledge of Sarasota’s real estate market is advantageous
