Overview A therapist-owned outpatient practice is seeking a passionate Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a patient-first, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. You'll play a key role in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance quality of life while working alongside a supportive and growth-oriented clinical team.
What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based orthopedic care to improve strength, mobility, and function
Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports-related, and functional impairments
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
What We're Looking For
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (required)
Active or eligible state PT license
CPR Certification
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedic care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient orthopedics
Dry Needling Certification (highly preferred)
Experience with sports or geriatric populations
Additional manual therapy techniques (e.g., cupping, IASTM)
