For our client Jaga Climate Systems we are looking for a Mechanical Sales Engineer HVAC. With dedication to creativity and innovation, Jaga Climate Systems has been providing HVAC systems worldwide since 1962. Headquartered in Belgium, Jaga has been operating in North America since 2007.
The company develops and builds innovative heating and cooling solutions that combine comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Their product lines include hydronic fan coil units, trench heating and cooling systems, and highly efficient fin-tube elements for low water temperatures called H₂O convectors.
Jaga stands for durability, sustainability, and social responsibility, and is represented by local partners across Canada and the United States. Their solutions are used in projects ranging from office buildings and multi-family developments to high-end residential applications.
For continued expansion in the United States, they are seeking a Sales Engineer with a Mechanical background. The ideal candidate shares Jaga’s passion for technology, innovation, creativity and climate and can build bridges between the Jaga team, distributors, engineers, contractors and developers.
This role requires a technically skilled professional who enjoys networking, supporting customers, and traveling throughout the territory to grow business.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, engineers, architects, and contractors. Expand and support the distribution network within the assigned territory. Provide technical sales support and product expertise for Jaga HVAC solutions. Advise engineering firms, architects and contractors in close collaboration with Jaga’s sales representatives throughout the territory Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions. Provide technical support to distributors and onsite support to contractors when needed. Represent Jaga during factory visits in Europe, at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Travel regularly throughout the territory to support customers and grow business. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Minimum 5 +
years of HVAC, hydronic systems, or mechanical equipment experience. Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications. Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally internationally. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
