Job Duties:
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation and business matters
Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and filings
Manage electronic filings in state and federal courts with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and organize case files, including opening new matters and tracking documentation
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements
Assist with billing processes, including time entry review and administrative follow-up
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams while handling sensitive information
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Anticipate attorney needs and proactively address routine requests
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation support experience, preferably within commercial and business litigation
Experience with state and federal court e-filing procedures
Strong understanding of legal terminology, court rules, and filing requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience supporting multiple attorneys; prior leadership or mentoring exposure is a plus
