Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating client records, as well as assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
