You will be part of the Global Group Functions HR Compensation and Benefits team in Bonn, with colleagues in CZ, MY, US and Bonn. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to peek into Global HR C&B process and a plethora of different HR topics such as year‑end process, reporting, data analysis, digitalization and grading processes. We are looking for someone to contribute developing SharePoint, providing data analysis and contributing to digitalization projects and year‑end processes.
Support and interact primarily with C&B colleagues, focusing on addressing immediate C&B tasks, interactions and issues to set standards and instruction reviews.
Check recurring issues and trends related to C&B programs and address the same as per guidelines.
Support digitalization improvements such as SharePoint creation and Power Automate.
Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support.
Support overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing HR reports.
Work on key C&B concepts, processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies.
Check recurring issues and trends related to C&B year‑end process.
