About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Employer of Record (EOR) and global workforce solutions .
This role focuses on helping startups, scaleups, and global companies hire talent internationally without setting up local legal entities .
EOR platforms enable companies to hire employees in multiple countries while the EOR provider handles payroll, benefits, taxes, and employment compliance , allowing businesses to expand globally faster and with lower risk.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals with HR leaders, founders, and finance teams looking to scale distributed teams globally.
What You’ll Do
Identify and close new business opportunities for EOR and global payroll services
Build a strong pipeline of global hiring opportunities
Drive deals with VC-backed startups, SaaS companies, and global enterprises
Educate clients on global hiring models (EOR vs entity setup vs contractors)
Conduct discovery calls to understand international expansion plans
Position the EOR solution as the fastest way to hire globally without legal entities
3. Deal Ownership
Own the end-to-end sales cycle
Run product demos and solution walkthroughs
Manage pricing discussions and contract negotiations
4. Strategic Partnerships
Develop relationships with:
HR leaders
People Operations teams
CFOs
Startup founders
Build partnerships with VC firms, startup ecosystems, and HR communities
Ideal Candidate
3–8 years experience in B2B SaaS / HRTech / Payroll / Staffing sales
Experience selling EOR, global payroll, HRIS, or compliance products
Strong network with startups, remote-first companies, and global teams
Proven ability to close mid-market or enterprise deals ($20k–$200k ACV)

Generate outbound pipeline through LinkedIn, partnerships, and events
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and payroll teams
