What You'll Do
Lead design from concept through construction documents
Work directly with clients to bring their vision to life
Design within ARB guidelines and local requirements
Handle as‑builts, site verification, and coordination
Mentor junior team members as the team grows
What You Bring
Strong architectural design experience (beyond drafting)
Ability to run projects independently
Client‑facing confidence and communication skills
Knowledge of ARB/regulatory guidelinesPursuing licensure preferred
