Position Summary The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary preacher, spiritual shepherd, and leader of the congregation. We seek someone who demonstrates maturity in Christ, clarity in teaching, and a heart for pastoral care.
Qualifications
Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited seminary
Alignment with historic Reformed theology and a high view of biblical authority
Demonstrated ability in expository, Christ‑centered preaching
Strong pastoral presence, relational warmth, and integrity
Commitment to traditional worship and congregational leadership
Primary Responsibilities
Preach and lead worship services with theological depth and clarity
Provide pastoral care, including visitation, counseling, and prayer
Equip the congregation for discipleship, mission, and service
Lead and collaborate with staff, elders, and ministry teams
Engage the local community with humility and Gospel conviction
Compensation We offer a total compensation range of $80,000 – $110,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications. This includes salary, housing allowance, benefits, and professional expenses.
