The Promotional Marketing Trainee ideally has a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar industries, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced setting. Daily Responsibilities Support top-tier clients by increasing
brand exposure and customer engagement
within a retail environment Build strong
face-to-face relationships
with customers through confident communication and rapport-building Represent well-known client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Educate customers on current promotions, services, and product offerings Deliver a
positive customer experience
through high-quality service and problem-solving Work collaboratively with a
team What We’re Looking For Strong
interpersonal and communication skills (experience with public speaking is a plus) A positive,
self-motivated attitude
