We’re seeking a Customer Support Representative to work at a respected, process-driven support team in a Virtual role.

Duties

Validating the accuracy of incoming product usage cases and supporting sales reps in resolving product usage discrepancies.

Following up on purchase orders, clarifying billing discrepancies, and providing proactive updates on order status and product availability.

Communicating effectively regarding back orders and solving customer complaints while documenting them in the CRM system.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken, and developing and implementing process improvements and quality initiatives.

Responding to surveys, creating plans, and maintaining accurate inventory and billing records in systems.

Handling heavy data entry responsibilities with precision.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
