Sales Consultant to provide an exceptional buying experience for our customers and help them find the best vehicle options.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients
and establish long-term customer relationships
Engage with customers
to determine their vehicle needs through active listening and asking insightful questions
Conduct vehicle demonstrations,
including test drives, to highlight the features and benefits of our vehicles
Guide customers
through every aspect of the sales process, from selection to delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction
by maintaining high service standards and meeting sales performance targets
Stay informed on industry trends
and continuously expand product knowledge to better serve our customers
Collaborate with management
and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Build rapport
with customers and earn their trust through empathy, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication

Professional personal appearance

Bilingual skills
are a plus but not required
Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates
We Offer:
Pay range for this position:$45,000 - $200,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education.
Available Benefits include medical insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA. Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance.
Paid Maternity Leave
PTO after 90 days of employment
Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service
401k retirement account with annual lucrative employer match
