Key Responsibilities
Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis to understand the make, type, and features of desired vehicles.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and during test drives.
Research availability of models and optional equipment using computerized databases.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate sales price, taxes, trade‑ins, licenses, discounts, and financing or lease options.
Visually inspect inventory by walking the lot to monitor vehicle conditions.
Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle features and operation.
Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work Hours This is a full‑time position with hours aligned to dealership operations. Specific schedules will be provided upon hiring.

Qualifications
At least one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to speak a second language is preferred.
Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Organized with thorough follow‑up skills to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
Valid driver’s license required.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
