
Mechanical Industrial Pipe Designer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Industrial Pipe Designer to support industrial construction projects within the local area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in piping design, 3D modeling, and coordination within industrial environments such as manufacturing plants, processing facilities, power generation, or heavy industrial sites.
This role requires proficiency in multiple design platforms and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams to deliver accurate and constructible piping layouts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed piping layouts, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings for industrial facilities
Create and modify 2D and 3D piping models using industry-standard software
Perform clash detection and coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
Participate in model reviews and coordination meetings
Produce spool drawings, BOMs, and fabrication deliverables
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
Support field teams with design clarifications and as‑built updates
Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and construction personnel
