Executive Personal Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Hybrid – San Francisco, CA / East Bay, CA (2–3 days in SF office per week; must travel to East Bay home at least once per week; flexibility required)

Compensation: $120K – $150K + profit share, bonus, benefits

A highly reputable venture capital firm is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a General Partner. This is a Temp-to-Hire role offering the opportunity to work closely with a senior executive across complex personal, family, and business priorities, while gaining exposure to a fast-growing and dynamic venture-backed environment. We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who is eager to grow, take on increasing responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage highly complex calendars for business, family, and personal commitments

Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and team events

Maintain and organize confidential documents, records, and communications with discretion

Partner with internal teams to schedule team calls, project updates, and cross-functional initiatives

Anticipate executive needs and support strategic priorities, including research, project follow-ups, and operational tasks

Assist in developing systems to streamline workflows, task management, and communications

Support high-profile, time-sensitive projects and contribute to the executive’s professional and personal goals

Provide flexible support including evenings and occasional extended hours, as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of administrative or executive support experience; preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced finance, start-up, family office, UHNW client environment

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional evening support

Tech-savvy and eager to leverage AI tools and modern productivity platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and discreet with sensitive information

Excited to grow and take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic, venture-backed environment

Experience supporting executives in venture capital, family offices, or high-growth corporate environments

Quick, scrappy, and highly resourceful mindset
