About the Team The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications, from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters. We build the cutting‑edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly.

About the Role As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you won't just manage; you'll innovate. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically, driving the modernization of a new enterprise correspondence platform for real‑time correspondence such as letters, disclosures, and statements, integrated with the messaging destination. You'll be a central figure, collaborating across diverse teams, including Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy. Additionally, you will work across LOBs to offboard and onboard new customer communications, directly supporting critical initiatives across the enterprise. Your mission will be to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs, translating them into innovative new capabilities that enable an enterprise‑wide destination platform with critical capabilities including paper fallback, self‑healing controls, and dynamic composition.

We're seeking a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems, processing, and, most importantly, user needs. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership across numerous internal and external partners will be crucial to your success.

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
