Role Summary

Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end Value & Access projects with cross‑functional teams, delivering high‑quality outputs and proactive client engagement; leverage German/European market access on JCA and Scientific Advice, mentoring analysts and growing the pipeline.

Salary : £61,500 per annum (salary bands determined by level of previous experience; no individual negotiations)

Role Type : Full‑time or part‑time permanent role

Start Date : Recruiting for start dates throughout 2026, on a monthly basis; candidates will state availability on application form.

Location : Available across UK offices; preference for Cambridge (Global Headquarters) or London; also Manchester and Bristol.

Hybrid Working : Up to 50% work‑from‑home (averaged over a two‑week period); not available fully remote.

About the Role Lead multiple Value & Access projects end‑to‑end, from scoping to execution; manage client communications and nurture long‑term relationships; coach and mentor analysts; contribute to pipeline growth and client proposals.

Leverage deep expertise in the German HTA and broader market access landscape to guide JCA, Scientific Advice, global value dossiers, and market access strategy for Germany and EU4.

Project scope spans multiple disease areas; manage several projects simultaneously; stay ahead of JCA trends and shape future projects.

About You Essential requirements:

Minimum 3 years industry experience (consulting, pharma, or medical device), including direct client engagement from initiation to completion.

Experienced in leading multiple projects, delegating tasks, meeting changing deadlines.

Strong communicator; able to tailor approach to diverse audiences and build sustainable relationships.

Experience pitching and winning competitive work, contributing to proposals and strategic narratives.

Strong understanding of German access landscape, AMNOG dossiers; pricing negotiations experience desirable.

Global market access project experience, understanding of global drivers and payer evidence needs.

Degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1).

Fluent in English.

Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive opportunity spotting, ownership of client growth.

Skilled relationship builder; adapt style to audience.

Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex data to non‑experts.

Very high accuracy and attention to detail.

Flexibility to respond to changing deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading and motivating teams.

Desired requirements:

Fluent in German.

HTA and/or market access experience for other European countries (France, Spain, Italy, Nordics, Netherlands).
