Optimizing event project management and developing creative design strategies.
Quickly building trust and confidence with clients and team members.
Spearheading operations for complex events, including meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs.
Embracing event technologies to seamlessly plan and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in‑person events.
Leading by example as a strong team leader who inspires others.

You Should Know
This role will require up to 30% travel
This role is onsite, with required office attendance at our clients' office in the Rockefeller Center / Times Square area four to five (4–5) days per week.
Travel requirements for this role are as follows: 25% to 50%

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Onsite Event Manager NYC is between $90,000 – $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
