
Product Owner (mid-level)

As a mid-level Product Owner, you will manage OEM-related programs across our digital platforms. This role is responsible for translating external requirements into actionable product work, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of program initiatives. You are highly motivated with a genuine interest in technology and supporting our customers. You have a passion to deliver cutting‑edge products and the best software solutions to our innovative and industry‑leading products. Experience in automotive marketing and hosting websites at scale is a big plus. This is a mid‑level role with growth opportunities based on performance and scope of ownership.
Ideal Candidate You have experience in automotive, digital platforms, and/or regulated environments. You have familiarity with web technologies, APIs, or cloud‑based systems, and exposure to compliance, accessibility, performance, and data privacy standards.
This is a full‑time, salaried, remote position. Eastern and Central time zones are highly preferred, but all are welcome to apply who can support 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (EST) business hours.
Responsibilities
Own and manage OEM‑related initiatives from intake through delivery.
Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in Jira.
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
Support compliance reviews, documentation, and validation efforts.
Requirements
BS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field – or BBA with relevant professional experience will also be considered.
3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFE, or Kanban.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices.
Proficiency with Jira.
Experience with Confluence (preferred).
Experience mocking‑up web page designs and workflows; HTML experience (a plus!).
Experience working with external requirements, standards, or certification programs.
Experience mocking up web page designs and workflows.
Familiarity with website content management systems.
Familiarity with digital marketing (search, social, SEO, etc.).
Understanding or eagerness to learn systems architecture, i.e., difference between backend/frontend, database/API/UI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills.
