Overview And Responsibilities Paramount Pictures is seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Assistant Manager, Creator Marketing to join our Global Digital Marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of creator and influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural impact for Paramount’s theatrical releases and global franchises. The ideal candidate is highly organized, culturally plugged‑in, and passionate about film, social media, and the evolving creator landscape. This role requires strong project management skills, creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of global creator marketing campaigns across theatrical titles and brand initiatives
Coordinate worldwide creator strategy and events, including field activations, multicultural events, and Paramount One Synergy; communicate shared opportunities across global teams
Plan and execute domestic creator events and ensure clear communication and alignment with cross‑functional and international stakeholders
Identify, vet, and maintain relationships with digital creators, influencers, and talent across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
Cultivate long‑term relationships with creators to drive ongoing partnerships and brand affinity
Manage external creator agencies (e.g., QYOU, Unreasonable Studios), including briefing, feedback, and performance oversight
Assist in the development of creative campaign briefs and ensure alignment with brand voice and film positioning
Coordinate creator outreach, contracting, onboarding, and content approvals in partnership with legal, finance, and agency teams
Track and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution
Identify high‑performing creator content for amplification across owned and paid channels
Monitor creator content performance and compile campaign recaps, including insights and recommendations
Establish benchmarks and reporting frameworks to maximize views, engagement, and performance across platforms
Identify and implement tools and resources to support reporting, measurement, and optimization
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and creator culture to inform campaign strategies
Collaborate cross‑functionally with publicity, media, partnerships, and regional marketing teams to amplify creator campaigns globally
Support on‑set activations, premieres, and events involving creators and influencers
Basic Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, digital marketing, or social media
Experience working with creators, talent agencies, or influencer platforms preferred
Deep understanding of social platforms and digital content trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social analytics tools
Additional Qualifications
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Experience in entertainment, media, or agency environments
Familiarity with creator contracting and FTC guidelines
Experience with campaign reporting and performance analytics
Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 78,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
