
Paid Media Associate (Hybrid)

Beauty Industry Group is seeking a detail oriented and performance driven Paid Media Associate to own Amazon paid media strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing and scaling Amazon campaigns while partnering closely with our Amazon Key Account Manager. The Paid Media Associate will report into our Director of Growth Marketing and ensure Amazon growth strategies align with overall brand performance marketing plans. This role will also support broader DTC paid media initiatives across channels like Meta and Google.
Hybrid Schedule This role will be hybrid in our Los Angeles office with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite.
Base $80,000
Bonus Eligibility 5% Annually (based on company and individual performance)
Key Responsibilities Amazon Paid Media
Own end to end Amazon paid media plans and execution in platform
Plan, launch and optimize campaigns to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and product/brand discovery
Conduct keyword management, manage bids, and audience optimization
Monitor performance daily and adjust with a data driven mindset
Develop and refine campaign strategies that balance growth, efficiency, and brand presence within the Amazon ecosystem
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
Collaborate with Amazon Key Account Manager, Creative Strategist and DTC Paid Media colleagues to ensure Amazon plans complement to overall brand strategies.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and pacing to ensure spend aligns with revenue and profitability goals
Partner with eCommerce, brand and growth marketing team members to support product launches, promotions, and go to market strategies
Ensure Amazon investment delivers efficient growth and supports broader brand positioning
Paid Media Support, DTC (Secondary support)
On-hand media buying support across DTC eCommerce channels via Meta, Google and emerging platforms
Contribute to testing initiatives, creative iterations and performance insights across the funnel
Help ensure consistency in messaging and strategy across Amazon and DTC touchpoints
Requirements
3-4 years of paid media experience, with direct hands‑on experience managing Amazon
Strong understanding of Amazon metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS) and how they impact overall P&L
Ability to connect media performance to broader business goals (revenue, margin, inventory, brand positioning)
Experience with campaign optimization, bid management, and keyword strategy
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI for performance analysis and reporting
Hands on experience with DTC channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
