GENERAL PURPOSE: The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting BC Program initiatives. This role will work with Critical Ross Business functions, IT, Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery to ensure that ROSS has up to date BC plans and Crisis Management Team (CMT) Plans. He/she will also be responsible for developing and maintaining program level communication, training, reporting and metrics and will support the Manager I and the Senior Manager/Director in annual BC planning activities.

The base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $157,650. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Create, refresh and sustain Business Continuity Plans throughout all phases of the BC Lifecycle process.

Innovate and iterate on program execution methodology to provide continuous improvement opportunities on an on-going basis to increase program maturity.

Develop partnership, act as a liaison with business and IT owners to help define, develop and maintain and test Business Continuity Plans.

Coordinate and test Business Continuity Plans on an annual basis.

Perform needed analysis to support the BC program.

Ability to lead, develop materials and deliver/present to senior leadership.

Stay current with Business Continuity industry trends and best practices.

Previous Project Management experience a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Five to Eight years of Business Continuity experience with progressive responsibility and influence

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions

Demonstrated Project Management skills

Demonstrated experience in Office 0365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

Demonstrated Experience using SharePoint

Demonstrated experience in the development of solution programs / projects

Demonstrated analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and business units

Emergency Communication Tools experience a plus

DRII Certification a Plus

Disaster Recovery/Crisis Management knowledge a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA: Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in‑person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. Some travel may be required. This role requires regular in‑office presence, including to engage in in‑person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in‑office and remote work. #LI‑Hybrid
