Overview Sales Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They cultivate strong team relationships, consistently exceed daily sales goals, and create an inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back.
Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience:
Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals.
Consistently deliver a world‑class customer experience, listening attentively and asking open‑ended questions.
Educate customers on Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Ethical Buying, etc.) and articulate these values in store and community engagement.
Continuously expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
Team Involvement:
Leverage Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge to support your team and increase sales.
Encourage open communication, actively listen to team members’ perspectives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and foster a sense of belonging.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and participation in teamwork; balance wellbeing with work responsibilities.
Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
Adjust product displays in real time based on sales and merchandising guidelines.
Follow company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
Qualifications
Required:
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
Strong problem‑solving skills for day‑to‑day operations.
Experience working in a team environment.
Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
Experience with cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
Pay $15 - $15 USD
